Hi Everyone! I’m Bethany and I live in Alabama! I am a former Preschool and K-2 teacher and currently work with the Early Childhood department at Auburn University. I received both my B.S. and M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Auburn University (War Eagle!) I am currently working on my PhD in Early Childhood Education and I am also a National Board Certified Teacher – Early Childhood-Generalist. I have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Sophie. In my free time I enjoy creating teaching resources for teachers and students nationwide! My resources are for Preschool and grades K-3. I am also an Outschool teacher and Virtual Assistant. I love helping business owners with virtual tasks such as writing blog content, proofreading and editing, graphic design, and instructional design. If you’re interested in any of those services, please click here to send me a message!
Here are a few more fun things about me! I love my family, Auburn football, Atlanta Braves baseball, running, music, and Kauai. This year I hope to complete my second marathon in Memphis for the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Click here to check out my bundles in my TpT store that help me reach my fundraising goal for the children of St. Jude!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog! I have a passion for research, advocating for best practices within Early Childhood Education, mentoring, and helping others reach their goals. Many of my posts will pertain to National Board Certification, as well as teaching methods for exploratory learning, play in the early grades, and utilizing technology in the classroom. It is my hope that my blog will serve as a place of inspiration for you. I am excited to have you share in my journey! Take a look around and if you have any questions please contact me. I would love to hear from you!
